In the upcoming case studies you will find icons of the technologies we used to implement the solution. This is a overview of all of them:
Stand out of the crowd and get the Passive Income you deserve
By the end of 2022 brands are about to spend $15 billion on influencer marketing. The most important factors for choosing your influencers are reach and niche. In order to stand out of the huge crowd of micro-influencers, your portfolio has to be special, focused and well-designed. If you combine a designer, marketer, copy-writer and developer in one person, you might be good equipped and ready to go, but what about all the rest?
How Fasky solved it.
Partnered up with the Youtuber & Marketer “heyDominik” from MVRQ, Fasky created a service called kitfluence. As a client, you are able to go online with your mediakit/portfolio within a few minutes. It describes who you are, what your audience is about and how your (always up to date) stats look like. Easy for influencers to use, ideal for businesses to work with. Additionally, kitfluence provides all the information and tools an influencer needs to monetize its value.
Hiring the right number of employees is difficult
As a software company you sometimes have to deal with peak times. During this phase several customers want to have features developed at the same time. But the problem is that most of the time you don’t have enough capacity to handle all customer requirements.
Now you have several possibilities:
- Hire employees (difficult to find good trained employees, no more work after peak times)
- Inform the customer that the capacities for this are not available and that the feature cannot be implemented within this period.
- Hire Fasky
How Fasky helped out Denovo
After a short introductory talk we learned a lot about how they work and the technologies they use. We want to make sure that we adapt as much as possible to our customers, so we integrated seamless into their instant-messaging system (Slack) and attended the daily meetings, that we could immediately ask the team if we have a question either at the beginning of the day or via short messages.
With Fasky’s help, Denovo managed to bridge this time as efficiently and risk-free as possible.
Dominate a market with an already existing Competitor?
Many don’t realize that a good market with many competitors offers you many more opportunities. The goal of Neue Lage was to create a nice app and grow organically over a longer period of time. With about 3000 monthly active users and over 350 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ratings in Austria after one year, we have clearly succeeded.
How Fasky mastered it
We created the app together with Max (Designer, Software Developer). The main focus was a unique design and a good user experience. It was also important that the app runs on Android as well as iOS. That’s why we chose React-Native, a framework that allows you to build an app for both platforms with just one code base.
With a minimal feature set, we were able to outshine all of our competitors and rank #1 on Google Play and Appstore.
A few everchanging freelancers or a long-term software partner?
The best way to find out if an idea works out is to actually let potential clients tell you. In case of akademie bios, they started and worked on with different freelancers and companies to build the prototype. The feedback for the MVP was great. As of the end of 2019, the web app was almost ready to go, but some bugs and tweaks still remained, so Fasky jumped in with the intention to support akademie bios by polishing the current state and be a partner for the product’s life time.
How Fasky overtook the development and finished the first version
The numerology calculator of akademie bios was build by 3 to 4 different parties in total over the initial development phase. We were facing different coding standards and approaches to get things done. Our goal was to understand the codebase and start working on minor bugs to get a feeling of how the application behaved.
Our structured approach of setting up our development toolchain which decreases the number of potential issues by definition let us focus on fixing the software and already giving feedback on how the codebase could be improved over time to stabilise it and highlight benefits of refactorings.
Eventually, the first official release went online with a satisfied client and happy users. After fixing the critical issues we planed further steps and combined bigger reworks with new features to constantly extent the existing product and improve the overall code quality.
